Due to the nature of pet grooming and hygiene related products, we can only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

If your item meets these conditions, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. 📦

🦴 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

💸 Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card provider. 💳
