All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your PawGlow package right to your doorstep. 📦✨

Please note: During busy seasons, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed  but we promise your pet’s goodies are worth the wait. 🦴

We currently offer both Standard Shipping and Express Shipping, depending on your location.

🌍 International Shipping

PawGlow proudly ships to many countries worldwide. 🐾

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Unfortunately, PawGlow cannot control or predict customs fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.

📦 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We want every PawGlow order to arrive in perfect condition. 🐶✨

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• Photos of damaged items (if applicable)

• Any relevant shipping details

While PawGlow is not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, weather, or customs, we’ll always do our best to help resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
